being cooked, named Bacalhau D'Ouro. This new recipe calls for white wine, port
wine, olive oil, chorizo and obviously cod. Have we got your interest? So to

The Portuguese
Association of Hotel, Catering and Tourism said in a statement that this cod
"highlights the typical flavors of the region." This dish will be
disseminated among tourists, as it is known that they seek regional cuisine
when visiting Oporto.
