Did you know that Porto's wine is divided into three types of wine? White, Ruby and Tawny are the types of Porto's wine produced by the Douro region.
This wine is also divided into categories: "Reserva", LBV, Old Tawny, Vintage and "Colheita".

To 200 km from Oporto, Vila Nova de Foz Côa attracts many tourists with "Amendoeiras em Flor".
This year, the festive season was from February to March when the Amendoeiras em Flor are covered in flowers. The festival filled with of cultural events and cultural diversity. The portuguese products born these trees are almonds and the oil that is extracted from almonds.
The landscapes of  this region are covered with a beautiful white and pink blanket.

Did you know that it was Marquês de Pombal who was sent to demarcate the Douro wine region? In the 18th century, the Douro was demarcated for wine production. In 2001, UNESCO classified the Douro World Heritage.
