In 2011, the American magazine AOL Travel considered it as one of the ten best sandwiches in the world. This dish is mainly known for its characteristic sauce. Thanks to it, there are a lot more dishes made with this sauce in Oporto. It is impossible to explain the explosion of flavors of the “francesinha”, but it is almost mandatory that you check it.
