The Sovina Bock is a limited edition. It fits well to its brand since it has no preservatives or dyes. However, it is stronger, more nutritious and with more alcohol. (7.5% alcohol). It has a yellow / golden colour and has a malty taste, with a sweeter flavour.

Fourthly we have the Stout, the black beer from Sovina. It is unique for several reasons. Like the Dry Stout style, this drink is darker than the previous beers and it has a little caramel flavour, a toasted aroma and a flavor combining coffee, dark chocolate and barley. It’s incomparable.

However, it is a soft drink (4.9% vol.) and unfiltered. Sovina maintains the choice of malt and the absence of dyes and preservatives. It’s irresistible by its uniqueness.

Gastronomy: Sovina Amber

Here is a traditional beer created by Sovina. With the name of Amber, this drink promises to be moderately strong.

 It has an amber / orange color and promises an intense malty flavor. Supposedly, Amber is a recreation of the French craftsman style, and it comes from the part of the French territory that borders with Belgium.

However, all the ingredients used are regional. It is created with 100% malt and has no dyes or preservatives. All gas is natural and is produced by the yeast.

It´s a handmade drink created by three brewers (Alberto Abreu, Arménio Martins e Pedro Sousa), who chose this name because it was unique and appellative.

This beer is distinguished from the industrial for its quality and for its originality. It is produced with malt and contains no dyes or preservatives.
