Here we have the fifth drink from Sovina, Trigo (Wheat). As
its name indicates it is a wheat beer. It’s based on the Bavarian Weissbier
style. It has a light color, a soft but slightly stocky body. If you like beer
with lots of foam, this is your drink! Despite the abundant and persistent
foam, Wheat is a revitalizing drink.

Sovina’s style is really well marked in this drink. 100%
malt and all the ingredients are regional (with 5.8% by volume). Again, no dyes or preservatives are present.
