A combination of chocolate and port wine

Did you know that the Douro has several traditional dances? "Chula", "Malhão" and "Vira" are some types of traditional dance in this region. 
The "Chula" is one of the most distinctive and theatrical. Currently, this dance is practiced by ranches - groups that use old clothes and dance traditional songs, sung live. The "Malhão" is very similar to "Chula". 
"Vira" is danced in various regions differently. In the Minho region it is similar to the "Chula" but in Régua, "Vira" and "Chula" are the same dance.

Did you know that Douro river is one of the largest in Portugal? Douro River rises in Spain, 2080 meters above the sea level and is one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula. It crosses the North of Portugal and flows at the mouth of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
